According to law, the customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without having to state any special reason, however, Wingsurfcenter has a full 30 days open purchase. When invoking the right of withdrawal / open purchase, you as the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for any transport damage that arises when returning the item.

 

Terms for open purchase and return

• The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to goods with broken packaging.

• The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to specially ordered products. Special ordered products are considered non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been placed and confirmed. Special orders are items ordered according to special configurations according to your needs.
   

This is how the return work

To exercise your right of return, send your notice to the Wingsurfcenter. Wingsurfcenter prefers that you send the message via e-mail to hello@wingsurfcenter.se or via Wingsurfcenter's contact form. You are also welcome to call us

 

It is also possible to send the message by e-mail according to the information provided in your order confirmation.

Cost of return

You, as a customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Normally, Wingsurfcenter handles the return procedure once you have contacted us.

 

It is important that these points are met in order for your return to be approved:

• You, as a customer, should be able to show that the product was purchased at Wingsurfcenter, if this is requested. This can be done with, for example, a receipt or order confirmation.

 

In order for you to have time to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient that you send your message within 30 days of receiving your order confirmation. The goods must be sent no later than 14 days after the day you notified Wingsurfcenter of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.

 

After Wingsurfcenter receives your notification that you want to return the item, Wingsurfcenter will refund what you paid for the item. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the time Wingsurfcenter receives the goods.

 

When a refund of what you paid is made, any deduction may be made for the depreciation of the product if the depreciation is due to you handling the product to a greater extent than necessary to determine the product's properties or function or if the product is damaged.

 

Wingsurfcenter uses the same payment method for refunds as the one you used for your purchase unless we agree otherwise.

 

If you do not collect your order

If you are not available when unloading your order, you will be charged for the costs incurred. This also applies to packages that are delivered to the delivery point and that have not been redeemed. You will be charged a return cost for each product group for an unredeemed package that has been returned.
